Skills development and improvement sessions for all levels of rider
There are always skills we don’t yet possess or that we want to improve and everyone is an individual and that means their needs are different. At Kaizen Cycling we offer a range of cyclocross skills coaching and instruction to meet the needs of all riders and for all ages.
We understand that for those new to cyclo-cross racing can seem rather daunting. We work with beginners to help them develop core cyclocross skills and encourage them to try their hand in local novice races.
For those more experienced at racing it’s about developing those more advanced skills that will allow them to ride faster and with greater confidence. Whatever your level or your aspirations, we’re geared up to help.
