COACHING FOR PERFORMANCE, SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, RACING – FOR EVERYONE
At Kaizen Cycling we love cycling. We think cycling is quite simply the best thing you can do!
Cycling for fun, for commuting, as part of your job, as a weekend-warrior, racing for the first time or challenging for the podium. Cycling is pretty good for your fitness and your health too.
Whatever your interest, your passion or your discipline, Kaizen Cycling can offer you support, and will be with you all the way no matter what your level, no matter what your goals. We’ll help you learn new or improve existing technical skills, prescribe training to help you improve your race performance or prepare you for a specific event or just help you get the most out of cycling.
We’re focussed on encouraging new people of every age to start cycling, maybe even to start racing. We’re also working hard with Clubs, schools and with British Cycling to encourage more women into the sport and to help and encourage young people to be fitter and to stay interested in sport as they become teenagers.
We also work on cycling related projects of every size and our Head Coach is involved in a number of voluntary projects and cycling advocacy groups including the Milton Keynes Local Access Forum, Aspley Woods User Group, Milton Keynes Cycling Forum and Woburn Bike Trails.
