At Kaizen Cycling, Coaching for Performance focuses on both psychological and physiological preparation as we believe that only those athletes who truly adopt a growth mind-set and who set SMARTER goals will come close to achieving their full potential.
Coaching for Performance focuses on building confidence, on mental preparation and on developing deep and deliberate practice techniques to improve technical skills . Our coaches help our athletes develop independent thought and resilience.
In addition, we aim to help our athletes make best use of their training time, to relax and recover effectively and to evaluate their performance after training has finished.

Coaching for Performance is effective because it allows our athletes to establish their own practices and individual goals, increases their confidence and outlines a plan to help them ensure they peak at the correct time.
